A business that matches up nannies and families for over four years decided to take their business on line. They selected Down Home Consulting to build a web site that allowed families to search for and select a nanny that fits their lifestyle.
Down Home Consulting built a site with separate Nanny, Sitter, Family and Administrative sections. Each section with their own accounts and only visible by users with accounts that are paid up to date and approved by the administrator.
Nannies and Sitters sign up and enter details about the type of work they prefer, their availability and location. Families create accounts and can search for Nannies or Sitters.
Families can view the profiles of each sitter and communicate with them using the sites messaging system. The messaging system allow the messages to be sent and received providing anonymity of the sender and the receiver. All emails can be monitored by the site administrator.
After a family selects a prospective Nanny or Sitter the family can request a background check. The administrator receives and processes the request on line.
